Pretty good reasoning to get rid of all the environmental laws, regulations, and agencies... Rep. Shimkus should either stick to his whacked out religious beliefs, or learn about science...not try to do both, since his grasp of science is obviously not as strong as his grasp of his non-reality based ideology.
